Service Bureau For "The Card™", Your Card When American Plastic Card Company International prints your cards, and your cards require personalization, a Special Price is offered for your card personalization based on the quantity of cards manufactured. Data proofs are provided to ensure accuracy of placement of cardholder information. Embossing / Encoding / or Flat Thermo Printing There is no minimum number of cards that have to be embossed or flat printed at any one time. Your cards will be returned to you via First Class mail or UPS ground service, until all of your cards have been used. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 months will have their cards returned or destroyed. Generally, the turn-around time on each list received for personalization is within 3 to 5 days. Mail Shop For mail shop, postage costs are billed separately. You may choose to maintain a postage account or simply enclose a check for postage with each list submitted. Materials for mail shop are printed within the same time frame as production of the plastic cards. All materials, forms, inserts, envelopes, and cards, are maintained in our inventory to accomplish your mailing "as needed". Distribution You may choose to set up your distribution network on an "as needed" basis. Thus, upon completion of production of materials, APCCI will store (inventory) your cards, (and peripheral materials), and ship upon receipt of your instructions. For example, upon completion of your sale to a retailer with 1 to 1000's of locations, you would provide shipping instructions for a quantity of cards (and materials) to be shipped to each location. APCCI will provide you with a manifest of the shipping company, bill of lading or tracking numbers, weight of each shipment, address of each shipment, as well as control or batch numbers of cards shipped per location.
